Delete Your VividLook Account

This page explains how to delete your VividLook account and the data associated with it.

Delete in the app (instant)

In VividLook, open your Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm with your password, and your account and data are deleted immediately.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email anshpsolanki@gmail.com from the email address on your VividLook account, with the subject line "Delete my VividLook account". So we can verify the request, please send it from the same email address you used to sign up. We will process your request and confirm by email within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it:

Your email address (stored only as a one-way hash, and deleted along with the rest)
Your username (display name)
Your hashed password and any active session tokens
Your stream history and approximate location tags associated with your account

Live audio and video you broadcast is never stored on our servers, so there is nothing further to delete. See our Privacy Policy for how each of these is stored while your account is active.

Data we may retain

We do not retain personal account data after deletion, except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with legal obligations or to prevent fraud and abuse. Any such records are kept only as long as required and are then deleted.
