By downloading, installing, or using VividLook, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
You agree to broadcast only from public locations. You must not stream content that is illegal, violent, obscene, harassing, or infringes on the privacy of others. VividLook reserves the right to terminate streams that violate these guidelines without notice.
When you broadcast, your camera and microphone may capture other people around you. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to recording or transmitting video and audio of other people in your location, including consent, wiretap, and eavesdropping laws (some jurisdictions require the consent of everyone whose voice is recorded). You must not stream private conversations or places where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy, and where the law requires the consent of the people you record, obtaining that consent is your responsibility, not VividLook's.
You retain ownership of the content you broadcast. By streaming on VividLook, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to transmit your content to other users in real time, to display still frames (thumbnails) of your stream in the app while you are live, and to process sampled frames to generate optional AI summaries for viewers. Streams are not retained after they end.
Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of your data are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use VividLook. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login information with others. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
You must not: (a) use the app to stalk, harass, or threaten any person; (b) broadcast copyrighted content without authorization; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the app or its servers; (d) impersonate another person or entity; (e) use automated tools to access the service.
If you believe content broadcast on VividLook infringes your copyright, email anshpsolanki@gmail.com with a description of the work, the stream or account involved, and your contact details. We remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VividLook and its developer from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your broadcasts or your use of the service, including claims that your stream violated another person's privacy, recording-consent, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
VividLook is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Stream sessions are limited to 2 minutes per broadcast. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VividLook and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, service interruptions, or the conduct or content of any user or broadcaster.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of VividLook after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
